Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing via email. The date we receive your written notification determines the cancellation fees applicable to your Umrah package.

2. Visa Processing Fees

Once the Umrah visa application process has been initiated with the Saudi authorities, the visa fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection by the authorities.

3. Package Cancellation Timeline

  • 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus an administrative fee of $100 and any non-refundable visa charges.
  • 15 - 29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost, excluding visa and non-refundable hotel deposits.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
  • No Shows: Passengers who fail to arrive for their scheduled trip will not receive any refund.

4. Hotel & Transport Cancellations

During peak seasons (such as Ramadan and school holidays), many hotels require non-refundable payments at the time of booking. Any cancellation of such bookings will incur a 100% penalty for the accommodation portion, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Transport fees are subject to the vendors' respective cancellation policies.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your travel dates or alter your package after booking, an amendment fee will apply. Changes are subject to availability and any difference in package pricing at the time of the change.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 to 21 business days. Bank charges or currency exchange rate differences incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
